The Rotary Club of Catskill has made a donation of $500 towards the Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation’s Annual Appeal. In accepting the generous donation, Executive Director, Keith A. Lampman thanked Roger Lane and the entire Rotary Club of Catskill for their generous support of the twin-county Hospital. “Columbia Memorial Hospital has gone through a complete transformation over the past ten years and continues to renovate and expand its services with the help of generous community groups and individuals.” Lampman went on to say that “this year, all money raised for the Annual Appeal will help fund the renovation and expansion of the Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit, a project which commenced just last month with the help of $1 million in federal grants. The rest of the money necessary to complete the $2.5 million Project, $1.5 million, must be raised by the community. Every donation, large and small, counts, “he said. “I’m truly grateful for the many friends and supporters in the Catskill Rotary Club and promise that their money will be put to good use. Columbia Memorial Hospital stands ready to serve the 115,000 residents of Greene, Columbia, and Northern Dutchess Counties.”
