(Hudson, NY) Rachel Puckett of Catskill, New York has been named as a new member of the Columbia Memorial Health Foundation Board of Trustees, the philanthropic arm of Columbia Memorial Health.

Ms. Puckett has been employed by Mid-Hudson Cablevision for 15 years where she currently serves as Director of Community/Employee Relations and Planning—a role that integrates and emphasizes the importance of both community and employee relations. She also oversees the deployment of grants and coordinates strategies to close the broadband gap in Mid-Hudson’s service area. Additionally, she facilitates Mid-Hudson’s community donations each year, supporting numerous community organizations across the service area.

Ms. Puckett also serves on various community organization boards in both Columbia and Greene Counties. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from SUNY Empire State.

Ms. Puckett resides in Catskill New York with her husband.
